 IT服务工程师/IT SERVICE ENGINEER

主要工作职责：
1、 制定工作计划，规范工作方式，提高工作质量。
2、 参与建设IT服务知识库。
3、 参与部门IT相关项目的策划、制定与实施。
4、 完成部门分配的IT服务任务计划。
5、 为用户提供较IT技术支持与管理咨询，如（1）个人PC/MAC桌面（winXP、 win2K、OS10）维护，台式机、笔记本电脑硬件设备维修。（2）常用软件的安装配置，数据备份及恢复。（3）企业综合布线网络和互联网接入线路维护管理。（4）邮件服务器、文件服务器、代理服务器等机房服务器维护管理。（5）办公室电话系统、供电系统维护管理。（6）客户工作日志、用户支持工作手册以及专项报告编写等。

主要任职条件：
1、 计算机或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2、 英语口语表达流畅，并具有一定的书面表达能力。
3、 了解IT行业及业务，3年以上IT服务经验。
4、 熟悉IT外包服务流程与规范，了解企业管理软硬件，熟练处理常见IT故障。
5、 在网络安全、病毒防护、防火墙、系统备份、交换机、路由器的配置与管理等方面有一定理论基础和实践经验。有相关认证者优先。
6、 积极进取，成熟稳重，工作严谨，任劳任怨。
7、 有较强的团队意识和人际沟通能力。

JOB DESCRIPTION ：
1、 Establish working plan, rule working method, improve working quality.
2、 Involved in IT Service Repository establishment.
3、 Involved in IT Project, including project design, development and implementation.
4、 Achieve IT Service Target.
5、 Provide customers IT support and management consultation, such as(1)Individual PC/MAC desktop maintenance(winXP,win2000,OS10),hardware repair of desktop and laptop;(2)Software installation, data backing-up and recovery;(3)Comprehensive wiring and Internet access line maintenance for enterprises;(4)Maintenance of Mail Server, File Server and Proxy Server;(5)Maintenance of office telephone system and power supply system;(6)Compilation of Customer Service Log, User Support Manual and Report.

MAIN REQUIREMENT：
1、 Bachelor degree or above of Computer or computer related major.
2、 Excellent English speaking and writing.
3、 Familiar with IT industry and over three years of IT service experience.
4、 Solid and deep knowledge of IT out-serving process and regulation, software and hardware of enterprise management, hands on skills of IT problem solutions.
5、 Academic basis and practical experience in Network Security, Anti-Virus，Firewall, System Backing-up, Switch, Router configuration and management; Authentication is a priority.
6、 Drive to success, Working multiple tasks in pressure.
7、 Team-work spirit and good communication skills.

 IT外包销售/IT OUT-SERVING SALES

工作职责：
1、 根据公司的整体发展规划，负责公司IT外包服务业务销售工作，完成销售任务；     
2、 在公司市场战略原则指导下，自主开发有IT外包服务需求的客户，并结合客户需求和公司实力提出销售方案；   
3、 挖潜客户需求和市场信息，努力拓展销售范围；  
4、 根据客户需求和市场变化，对公司产品和服务提出改进建议 ；  
5、 配合相关部门，提升服务水平，提高客户的满意度和对公司的认可度。

职位要求：
1、 大专以上学历，有一定的英文听说基础，从事IT外包服务销售工作一年以上；     
2、 具有较强的客户沟通能力、市场策划与开拓能力；      
3、 能承受一定的工作压力，有迎接挑战的信心和对工作的激情；  
4、 富有责任感、团队合作精神、学习与创新精神；
5、 有北京CBD区域客户渠道、资源、社会或行业背景者优先考虑。

JOB DESCRIPTION：
1、 Responsible for IT out-serving sale, and accomplishing sales target according to company development plan.
2、 Independently develop IT out-serving customers under company marketing strategy, and present sales solutions according to customer needs and company capacity.
3、 Widening sales scope, deep exploiting customer needs and market information.
4、 Giving products and services improvement suggestions, according to change of market and customer needs.
5、 Cooperating with other departments to improve services, increase customers satisfaction and recognition of company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS：
1、 Junior college or above, basic English listening and speaking, one year above IT out- serving sales experience.    
2、 Excellent communication ability with customers; and excellent market exploiting and planning ability.    
3、 Confidence for challenge, working with passion and willing to work under pressure.  
4、 Responsibility, team spirit, learning and innovation spirit.
5、 Priority for holding Beijing CBD customer resources or with industrial background.
